    Using the latest versions of the software it looks like the Anti-Spam check is breaking the ability to submit events. As when we turn it off there is no issue.

    Hello Mark

    Which anti-spam are you using? Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts guide?

    Let me know if another plugin or theme seems to be the source of conflict.

    Do you mean the reCAPTCHA keys at Events » Settings » API?

    Yes, but it looks like now with the latest version just released the issue is fixed.
