MemberHello Guy
I’d suggest starting out by testing Event Tickets. It is our free ticketing plugin that can work with or without The Events Calendars / Events Calendar Pro.
If you want to later upgrade so that Event Tickets can integrate with WooCommerce, we offer Event Tickets Plus. This plugin uses WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Is there anything else I can do to help?
Thanks

MemberHello Elza
Unfortunately when I view your site, I am not seeing the favicon in the locations you mentioned. Could you send us screenshots of what you are seeing? Please visit the forum itself to upload these, as attachments via email response aren’t always added to the forum.
Can you also go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Gregory
It looks like you have a license for Events Calendar Pro, but not Event Aggregator.
Embedding your calendar on a homepage would need a license for Events Calendar Pro to be active in your site.
Can you confirm that
#1 You intended to purchase Events Calendar Pro and have not purchased Event Aggregator?
#2 You do not have a license key in the Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses Β» Event Aggregator field?
#3 You do have a license key (available at My Account Β» Licenses) in the Events Calendar Pro field? Is there anything else I can do to help you?
Thanks

MemberHello Weng
Does the same thing happen when you test with another default WordPress theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/?

MemberHello Marion
When you got to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses, is there a chance you entered the Pro license in the Events Aggregator field? Erase anything in the EA field so that is not trying to active. Then be sure you’re license for Pro is in the correct field here, and is listed on My Account Β» Licenses.
Does that resolve the issue?
Thanks

MemberHello Donovan
You can set the map zoom level at Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Map Settings.
The starting point will be determined based upon the upcoming events you have created.
Can you add some events so that I can see it resizing, etc.? Some resizing is likely part of the theme and plugin both working to be mobile responsive, but I won’t know until I can actually see a map.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Can you also reach out to the theme developer to see if they have a suggestion why this is happening?
Single-event.php should definitely appear in the folder /plugins/the-event-calendar/src/views/. I’d suggest resintalling The Events Calendars and Events Calendar Pro to see if it resolves the issue.
Please keep me posted.
Thanks

MemberJust to confirm Andres
When using Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ with all other plugins except ours disabled, event categories did not show?

MemberHello Tim
Try this for the full width calendar
[tribe_events view="month"]
and this for the widget:
[tribe_mini_calendar]
Let me know if this is what you’re looking for.
