MemberHello Michael
I am sorry this is happening. We pushed 2 hotfixes yesterday. It looks like you might have one waiting for an update. https://theeventscalendar.com/release-event-tickets-and-event-tickets-plus-4-5-0-1/
Can you begin by checking for that update and let me know if it resolves the issue?
Thanks

MemberHello Weng
Yes, you can create excerpts for venues. Go to Events Β» Venues and edit a venue. After updating, view the venue location and let me know if the excerpt displays.
Thanks

MemberHello Rick
Sorry for the confusion on our products.
The Events Calendars is free.
Events Calendar Pro is $89 for the personal license, but does not import iCal feeds.
To import an iCal feed, you’d need Event Aggregator.
Is there anything else I can help clarify?
Thanks

MemberHello Simone
With Event Aggregator, you don’t need to download anything. Just have The Events Calendars installed. I’m sorry about that mix up.
Just head to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to apply your license.
Please let me know if that fixes the issue.
Thanks

MemberHello Kevin
You could see if their site is using our plugin by viewing the css in your browser’s developer tools or adding their address into whatwpthemeisthat.com, although neither of these are absolutely able to reveal that information all the time. Most sites don’t disguise these details.
Some other calendar tools do make the other formats that we support publicly available.
Thanks

MemberHello
Please see our product pages to determine your license levels that you might need:
Events Calendar Pro https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/ will have recurring events.
Filter Bar https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-filterbar
Is there anything else I can help with?

I wasn’t sure if you wanted it on a page with additional content.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. I’m thinking you might want a calendar view shortcode.
Could you try using:
[tribe_events view="list" tribe-bar="false" category="cambridge"]
and let me know if that meets your needs?
Thanks

MemberHello Steph
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
I believe you are looking for calendar view shortcodes.
Map view:
[tribe_events view="map"]
Month view on the other page:
[tribe_events view="month"]
One of these may be a non-issue if you set the view on /events.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHello Tim
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
Which view are you looking to use? Will you want this to be a full width page or more of widget sized?
Thanks
