Fatal Error of Event Tickets Plus & WooCommerce

I just (foolishly) updated this plugin on our live site which has resulted in a crash.

Plz advise?

For now, I have deactivated the Event Ticket Plus plugin to restore the live site but unaware how this will affect ticket sales at this time.
