MemberHello Dayna
Can you go to Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Map Settings Β» Map view search distance limit and modify this area? I’m thinking you see more events as that region might be too broad.
Let me know if that works for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Lucian
Weβd be happy to help sort that out for you.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.

MemberHello Bridget
I notice the first events in your screenshots are in draft mode. It is expected that these might not fit into the ascending criteria properly.
You might be interesting in what Advanced Post Manager can do.
Let me know if this resolves the issue for you for the one event that isn’t in order and not a draft.
Thanks

MemberHello Drew
Can you send us your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/
I’m curious what theme you are using. Some themes integrate with our plugin but rearrange settings, particularly on this site.
Also, within this sub-site, can you run through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Do you see any different options on the primary site?
I haven’t been able to replicate this issue on my own local multisite yet, but hope we can narrow this down for you.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Sam
You are correct, Event Aggregator is based upon an annual fee. With it, you are provided plugin updates and support in our premium forums. I do not have experience with other similar plugins, and can’t speak for the support or functionality that comes with that.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Ronilo
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β It looks like your version of WordPress is a bit outdated.
Also, you will need to run the free Event Tickets before you can use Event Tickets Plus. Also, install an e-commerce plugin like WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. Finally, when to you go Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses, do you see that your license activates for Event Tickets Plus? If not, you can access that either in your email when you purchased the plugin, or at My Account Β» Licenses.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Anne-Marie
I’m so sorry all this has happened. Unfortunately roll-backs are also going to require access to your hosting. You’ll first need to clear out that folder, and then installing a version of The Events Calendars first. By that point, I’d hope your host can get you in to just wipe out that folder instad and not need to do any roll backs.
I wish I had a faster solution for you. Please keep me posted.
Thanks

MemberHello Marion
Can you confirm that you have Events Calendar Pro installed? When you visit Plugins Β» Installed Plugins, is it in your list? Your System Info isn’t displaying it for me. If not, please download it at My Account Β» Downloads. The license should be already included when you upload and activate it.
Let me know if this resolves the issue.
Thanks

MemberHello Reto
No, you do not need Events Calendar Pro to use Event Aggregator.
When you go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licences, do you see your license activated for Events Aggregator?
Thanks
