Hi,
I have a nj based website, I would like to import from various sources nj based events I am not sure if the various websites that are jersey based calendars are using your plugin. Can your plugin pull that kind of event data?

Yes, Event Aggregator can import events from other sites using The Events Calendars. See https://theeventscalendar.com/release-the-events-calendar-4-5/ to learn more about that new feature.

We also support imports from Facebook, Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, CSV, and ICS.

Thanks, but my question is what if the other sites are NOT using The Events Calendar plugin? How would I even know if the other sites are in fact using The Events Calendar plugin?

I realize that I would need the have events calendar pro \ event aggregator on my site to import events, my concern is pulling events from other sites that I do not manage or control.

Hello Kevin

You could see if their site is using our plugin by viewing the css in your browser’s developer tools or adding their address into whatwpthemeisthat.com, although neither of these are absolutely able to reveal that information all the time. Most sites don’t disguise these details.

Some other calendar tools do make the other formats that we support publicly available.
