What is the server’s address that is sending this error?
Have you tried using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ while activating the license?
Do you have anything on the dev server that would be blocking external requests, such as maintenance plugins?

Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus have different price points each depending upon how many sites you want to install each plugin on. How many sites would you like these to be installed on?

Unfortunately at this time Filter Bar only displays on the default events page.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.

I’m sorry this is happening. I believe you’ve encountered a known bug. We have an update shipping in the very near future that should resolve this.
To confirm, you’ve entered your license key, and then it looks like it activates, and soon after it just erases your license?
