MemberHello Abigail
Before I can assist you further, I need some help from you. Can you send me a screenshot of the issue you are seeing?
Also, I am only able to see some of yourΒ System Info. Do you haveΒ Event TicketsΒ already installed?
Thanks
Courtney πCourtney
MemberHi Bruce
To make that method work, you’d still need Eventbrite Tickets. The settings for that would then appear under Events Β» Import. You don’t need to be the owner of the Eventbrite events.
See https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/importing-events-from-eventbrite-com/ Eventbrite Event ID.
Does this help clarify?
Thanks

MemberHi Pascal – can you resend your System Info to me? It looks like I can’t see your plugins at this time.
Please go to Settings Β» Permalinks and just save the settings? I want to see if this refreshes the permalinks cache to enable the default events page to display.
Also, can you test by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Mary Jane
Before resetting the license, can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/. This should resolve the issue for you.
Thanks

MemberHello Matthew,
With Event Aggregator, you can start at 100 import sources per day. It counts based upon the number of sources, not upon the number of events it gathers. Does that clarify things?
Do note with Facebook, pages/groups/etc must list events publicly to be imported successfully.
Thanks

MemberHi Bruce
At this time, Eventbrite Tickets is it’s own plugin apart from Event Aggregator . If the iCal option works for you, that might be a good solution. If you are only looking for Eventbrite specific integration at this time, perhaps that plugin would work better for your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Heather
We don’t offer a solution for quickly duplicating events outside of the recurring event options. But, you could check out a 3rd party plugin that we do not officially support: https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/.
Would this work for you?
Thanks

MemberHello Rox
You have 3 options for handling imports:
- Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.
- Do not re-import events. Changes made locally will be preserved.
- Import events but preserve local changes to event fields.
After 1 year, Event Aggregator will also stop functioning. Unlike our other plugins, this one relies upon our server to process the importing. The exception to this is manual .csv file imports that cannot be scheduled.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Nenad
With Events Calendar Pro, we include a map view that integrates with Google Maps. You can see it in action on our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events/map/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Trevor
When I use the “search” field for “Worcester”, I see the event listed. However, when I search in the “nearby” field, I do not.
Can you go to Events Β» Settings Β» General Β» Map view search distance limit and check the radius of the search area?
Please let me know if this works for you.
Thanks
