MemberHey Martin, I just found your thread and will continue assisting you there.
Thanks

MemberHey Martin
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. I see you may have already deactivated all plugins, but can you also tryย using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists. Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello Lawrence
Oop! So sorry about that. I haven’t tried out other bulk delete plugins and unfortunately don’t have a faster solution at this time. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-bulk-delete/ says that it deletes custom post types, which includes our “Events” post type. That might be a solution for you.
I’d love to know if that works.
Thanks

MemberHello Andreas,
A personal license for each will be $89 USD, totalling $178 USD.
Do you have any other questions I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberThanks for helping clarify that Dave. I do expect a solution for this to be available within the next few days, and am very eager myself to get this working again. I’ll be sure you are notified as soon as that is available.

Do let us know if you need any other help.

MemberHi Corry
That does sound like a reasonable solution for now. I expect this resolution to ship now within a day or so, but again, am not at liberty to make such promises. We very much want this solved soon!
Thanks

MemberHi Kyle
Unfortunately, we do not have any smaller options available. Just to be clear, that $89 will cover the cost of 1 year with the service, provide updates, and provide access to support.
How else can I help you?
Thanks

MemberHello Lynnette
I wish I had a super precise answer here. First, I’d suggest submitting your sitemap (https://kb.yoast.com/kb/enable-xml-sitemaps-in-the-wordpress-seo-plugin/) to https://www.google.com/webmasters/tools/home?hl=en.
You can then pass your site’s default calendar page through https://search.google.com/structured-data/testing-tool/u/0/. We use JSON-LD markup to show events.
However, if you’d like to try schema, I’d suggest https://wordpress.org/plugins/all-in-one-schemaorg-rich-snippets/. On any post/page/event/custom post type, this plugin would allow you to select that it is an event and populate those results in schema markup. I can’t promise that it will ultimately do much. Google will do what it wants with the data.
I do hope some of this helps. Again, we’d love to have a solid way to ensure search engines always picked up on the data that we already make available.
Thanks

MemberHello Gerard
To achieve this look, the client did a fair amount of customizations programmatically. You can read on how to start customizing at our Themer’s Guide.
However, weโre limited in helping with styling customizations, per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms. Once you’ve got a good start, we are happy to review a bit of your code to polish it up.
Please let me know if I can help you further.
Thanks

MemberHello again Jรฉrรดme ๐
I’m sorry that that photo view isn’t working correctly yet. Can you switch to a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the photo view works correctly there? That will help us narrow down what isn’t working.
Thanks
