License key not working

We tried to install our upgraded license key to our dev server but the key is returning the error “Sorry, key validation server is not available.”

I am seeing your license active on:

• pub44.hotpepper.com
• conscioustransformation.com

What is the server’s address that is sending this error?

Have you tried using a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ while activating the license?

Do you have anything on the dev server that would be blocking external requests, such as maintenance plugins?
