MemberHi Marianne
I set your last reply as private as our forums are not private by default. There’s a little check mark to make this a private reply at the bottom of the page on our site (not by reply to emails though).
I tried to use the login & password provided to just view the events on the community page, but it has not let me in. Can you retry that and/or reset it?
Thanks

MemberHi Justin
The license would tally scheduled imports across all sites (not based upon individual events, but scheduled imports). https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-aggregators-import-limits-work/ might help further.
How else can I help?
Thanks

MemberHello Allain
At this time, we don’t have a way to provide you with that functionality. It looks like you want a combination of map and photo views. If you are comfortable with coding, you could try to achieve this yourself by starting in our Themer’s Guide.
If that seems daunting but this functionality would be worth pursuing further, we suggest: Find A Customizer.
If you think the map and photo view combination is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Koptsi
I’m really not sure what may have caused this conflict. Unfortunately, we are not equipped to handle support for Category Colors as this is a 3rd party plugin. Please check in with their support at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar-category-colors.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
At this time, we do not add in social media sharing options within our plugin. However, we do have a few suggestions at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-social-media-sharing-to-events/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Matthew
When you go to My Account ยป Licenses and select “Upgrade”, are you being asked for full price?
If so, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com and we can sort that out for you.
Thanks

MemberHi Pim
I took a look at your site and found this Javascript error: “You have included the Google Maps API multiple times on this page. This may cause unexpected errors.”
Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors
Do you have the Google Maps API key added in other plugins or in your theme settings?
Can you also go through Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ to be sure where the conflict might be.
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Mark
I’m so sorry this is happening. Unfortunately on a multisite with a personal license (or any that aren’t truly a multisite license), this is known to happen. I have requested this issue to be addressed in a future update, but do not have a timeframe on when that might happen. Unfortunately, my best suggestion is to manually update the plugins by downloading them from your account here (My Account ยป Downloads) and re-uploading them. Data will not be lost.
I will be sure you are notified when a better solution is available.
Thanks

MemberHi Carolyn
Sorry for the confusion.ย You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but perhaps in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Oh I’m so sorry they aren’t updating for you. You should be able to go through the normal WordPress Updates method to do this. Can you confirm that Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses has your plugin licenses applied? This should make normal WordPress updates work.
Thanks
