License Upgrade Business to Agency

I also need to upgrade our license from Business to Agency, and when I add to cart it charges the full $299 with no discount for what we have already paid for the year under our Business license.

Can this please be sorted out?

It would also be wonderful to have a private email or online support chat to send these types of requests to.

When you go to My Account » Licenses and select “Upgrade”, are you being asked for full price?

If so, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com and we can sort that out for you.
