Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins (including our extensions), using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

When you visit https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ and select upgrade, do you see the full price of the plugins or is it showing the pro-rated amount? If you do not see a pro-rated upgrade amount, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.
We will definitely sort that out for you.

It sounds like you want to sell tickets. Check out Event Tickets first, which is free and required before adding on a payment solution. This will give you the idea of what our ticket integration can do on your site.
If that meets your iniital needs, then Event Tickets Plus would be the next step. This plugin handles the payment needs. You would install this, as well as an e-commerce solution. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads, both of which can integrate into Paypal.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.

Events Calendar Pro does not include Eventbrite Tickets within it. Each would be their own unique plugin.

2 licenses would still be the correct answer. As Caroline shared, at this time our licenses can only be applied on a max of 10 subdomains. As you discover how many scheduled requests per day you are using, you can increase the license import levels as needed.

Just installing the plugin will not be enough to make the map view look and work exactly as you are hoping. It might be something others can achieve. We often suggest Find A Customizer as a start point if you want to hire someone to help you achieve that.
