Charged +Agency price instead of the Difference for Ugrading

Hi,

I just upgraded our license from personal to agency.

However, instead of the price difference; I was charged the full price.

So I have paid: 89$ + 299$
I should have paid: 89$ + 210$(the price difference for upgrading.)

Can you please refund 89$ to my credit card to correct this situation?
