    My clients cannot submit oder change their events any more. I think, this is so since the last update.

    Meine Community kann ihre Events nicht mehr bearbeiten. Wenn sie einen neuen Event erstellen, können sie keine Serientermine eingeben. Ich bitte um sehr schnell Hilfe.

    Hello Marianne

    Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.  Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

    Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

    Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

    Hi Marianne

    I set your last reply as private as our forums are not private by default. There’s a little check mark to make this a private reply at the bottom of the page on our site (not by reply to emails though).

    I tried to use the login & password provided to just view the events on the community page, but it has not let me in. Can you retry that and/or reset it?

    Hi Marianne

    I believe this is a known issue that we just released an update for. Can you update your plugins (preferrably on a staging site) and see if that resolves the issue.

    Hi Courtney,

    I just did the update and it’s working again – so I wasted time today! Thank you for the support. I’m going to bed now, here in Switzerland it’s dark night.
