MemberHi Stephen
Thanks for the system info. We tested on our end and aren’t able to reproduce the same issue. Can you try this on a test site and start with just TEC and a default theme. Then add in each of our plugins to see if it happens again?
Thanks

MemberHi Byron
In this case, you could reach out to your theme developer and see if anyone else has had a similar issue using that theme.
While not ideal, I would suggest using a shortcode to achieve this.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes
Thanks

MemberThat is odd Joseph
Are you able to use the map shortcode elsewhere on your site? Can you test that for me?
Thanks

MemberHello Andre
Can you start by sending along your System Info? This will help us diagnose what seems to be happening.
Have you gone through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Byron
Test how your /events page looks when you change these settings: Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β»
Default stylesheet used for events templates
& Events template.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHey there Brad
I omitted your license as this is a public forum.
To get started, can you send in your System Info? That will help us better diagnose what might be happening.
When you visit My Account Β» Licenses, do you see the correct sites listed with your license?
Thanks

MemberHi Peter
I believe the issue is that you are trying to import an event more than 30 days into the future.
“Event Aggregator will try to fetch events starting in a month from the current date or the specified date”
If you switch to a “scheduled import” and create your frequency schedule, the event will be picked up when it is a month away. You can modify this setting to go 3 months ahead by going to Settings Β» Imports Β» Global Import Settings Β» Import Date Range Limit. Can you test this method?
Thanks

MemberHi Amy
We’d be happy to swap your plugins to Eventbrite Tickets. I’m so sorry you are experiencing a decline in sales. Let’s see if we can fix that.
Please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com of these details to get this resolved.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Unfortunately we don’t have a good solution for this at this time.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can assist you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Stephan
Can you send in your System Info? We just released an update this week that resolved some javascript conflict errors. I would like to see if you’ve got that update on your site.
Please run the updates (preferably on a staging server first) and let me know if that resolves the issues.
Thanks

MemberHi Franco
Outlook 365 offers a .ics file format. See https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/event-aggregator-and-office-365-outlook/#post-1300207 for details on getting that link. You can use Event Aggregator to import .ics files.
I believe this will work for you. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help with?
Thanks
