    Hi, I am having issues updating the payed addons for my site. I input the licenses on my site and they validate however when I goto the plugins update screen it says my addons are not currently licensed.

    Hi Mike

    So sorry this is happening. Can you go to My Account » Licenses and see if the site you are trying to activate these on is listed?

    Please also send along your System Info. It will help us further troubleshoot the issue.
