I am seeing this error message even though I renewed my licenses:

There is new version of The Events Calendar: Community Events available but your license key is out of installs. Visit the Events Calendar website to manage your installs, upgrade your license, or purchase a new one.A valid license key is required for support and updates

To get started, can you send in your System Info? That will help us better diagnose what might be happening.

When you visit My Account » Licenses, do you see the correct sites listed with your license?
