MemberHi Domenic
When you purchase the plugin, you will have access to updates for 1 year, as well as premium forum support. After that time, the plugin will no longer update, which is a security risk. However, it will continue working as it had per your last update. This is true of all of our plugins except Event Aggregator .
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Scott
Sorry for the confusion. Our 3 license level would be 3 sites using the same product/plugin.
We do also have bundles, but I don’t think that is what you were looking for: https://theeventscalendar.com/bundles/.
Does that help clarify? Is there anything else I can do for you?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberSorry for the confusion.Β You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account Β» Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.Β You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Finn
At this time, Event Tickets Plus requires an ecommerce plugin to also be installed for payment gateways.
We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
I believe either of those options will support Stripe.
Thanks

MemberHi there
With Event Tickets Plus, this is possible. You can toggle displaying attendees in the event settings.

At the bottom of our demo example, you can see how this will display: http://wpshindig.com/event/events-tickets-demo/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
