Removing numbers in the Events Plugin on the widget sidebar

Help! I’m trialling the events plugin for a client’s website and like it very much. However, in my widget area to the right hand side of the site – googliesjazz.co.uk – the events are numbered 1, 2, 3 and so on and my client (a rather elderly committee!) doesn’t like them and finds them confusing because the dates of the event are there as well, is there a way I can remove the numbers using, say, custom css? The theme I am using with the events plugin is a pro theme called Newszine Plus. Thanks in advance, Debbie
