MemberThanks! We do allocate staff to check in periodically on threads in WordPress.org as we are able. Please do post the issue in https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar, as well as https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/jetpack. Hopefully a community member or even a support staff for either of our companies will have a helpful reply soon.
Thanks

MemberHi Robert
It looks as if that particular site was highly customized. You can see what our default look and functionality is on http://wpshindig.com/events.
We do recommend users with some coding knowledge to check out our Themer’s Guide to make their own customizations, or refer people to Find A Customizer.
I’m so sorry for the mix-up on a feature that you clearly want. We do offer a sort by venue functionality in the 2nd bar on our Shindig site with our plugin: Filter Bar. I know that isn’t the solution you were hoping for.
Another alternative is to create your own menu button to the venue. Go to Events ยป Venues and mouse over a venue. Click the “view” button and use that link anywhere on your site that you’d like.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi there Eli
I just submitted a test version of the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp/ and it submitted as expected. I’m so sorry your form wasn’t sending. Can you try that again and let me know if it works?
Thanks

MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
Since you’re using The Events Calendar you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product. This will also help flag any issues that might be conflicting with Jetpack’s plugin as well.
We are not receiving other conflicting messages like this at this time. Do check in Plugins ยป Installed Plugins to see if both plugins are still installed and may just need to be activated.
If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! ๐
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Andrei
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ might help.
However, you might truly want to duplicate an event vs creating a recurring event. For that, you might try a 3rd party plugin. I’ve used this on my clients’ websites in the past; https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-post/
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Luke
Sorry for the confusion.ย You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account ยป Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.ย You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses to enter it.
It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.
Let me know if this works now.
Thanks

MemberHi Andy
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Ryan
I can’t be sure, but it looks like you are using a plugin for shortcodes that we do not create/maintain.
Our shortcodes work with Events Calendar Pro: Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
It helps us to better help you when we can look through your System Info. Can you attach that for future support?
Please let me know if I may have missed something on that.
Thanks

MemberThanks for flagging that Mathew. As this does not happen natively inside Google Maps, I’ve submitted this as a bug. You’ll be notified when we have a fix for this.
Thanks

MemberHey Jeff
I’d use this with caution, but head to Events ยป Settings ยป Import ยป Import Limit Type ยป Do Not Limit
This will bypass the time constraints. As we don’t advise this, please do run some performance tests to see how it works for you.
Thanks
