MemberHi David
Can you help me know what you mean by “single events”?
On our demo site, http://wpshindig.com/events/, you can see the calendar of events. When you click on any one of those, it goes to what we refer to as a “single event”. Is this what you are looking for?
Thanks

MemberHi Rob
The “Events this Week” screenshot is heavily customized. Their developers likely started with our Themer’s Guide to achieve that look. If you aren’t super familiar with coding, we do have a Find A Customizer resource to help you hire someone to achieve that for you.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Sarah
Our Event Aggregator plugin can import an .iCal feed. The Events Calendar, our free plugin, is required to use Event Aggregator (and can only upload .csv files without EA).
Here’s a quick look at a bit of our settings:

You can also determine if events that have been imported are published or saved as a draft until further edited.
It sounds like that is exactly what you are looking for.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Cesar
You can test this by going to https://wpshindig.com/events/. In the lower right corner, you’ll see “Export Events” button. This generates a .ics file. That file can be imported to many email clients, including Outlook. It will allow your Outlook calendar to see events published on the source website.
Is this what you were hoping to achieve?
Thanks

When you go to Events ยป Settings ยป General ยป Recurring event instances, is the box checked? This might be what you were looking for.
Let me know if that works for you.

MemberHello Candice
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests and share your System Info as well as a screenshot of your Events ยป Events dashboard.
Thanks

MemberHi Oliver
I took a peek at the related thread. The user sent in a clarifying screenshot privately, and our staff asked another clarifying question and if the issue was still happening. Due to lack of response from the client, the thread auto-closed.
Our plugins will continue to work with the last update that your license had available, with the exception of Event Aggregator (it relies upon our server to process imports). If any bugs were fixed in future updates, an expired license wouldn’t receive that. Also, expired licenses no longer have access to direct support in our forums.
I don’t know if your organization would qualify, but we do have a non-profit program. You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp. That might at least qualify you for updates.

MemberThanks Dawn – just got this message ๐
Can you send in your System Info on the new site? And double check that you have uploaded/activated Event Tickets Plus there as well? (remember, it also needs Event Tickets installed/activated to work).
Thanks

MemberHey Dawn
Moving URLs might be the issue. Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key to see if that clears up the activation?
After you’ve got it activated on the new site, check your ticket price area. If it still isn’t working, please send in your System Info and a screenshot of the problem area.
Thanks

MemberHey Dawn
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? I think that should clear this up.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Dawn
I see that your license should work until 2018-12-04. The same key should continue to work.
Can you tell me more about what isn’t working with the plugin on your site?
Thanks
