WP Customizer malfunction

Hi there,

When I activate the plug in I can no longer customize my site. It freezes after I press “Customize” on the dashboard. I am using the Listify theme.

Yes it is in regards to the Event Calendar plugin. I would like to purchase the Pro version but I want to make sure I can still customize my site when it is activated.

Do you mean that Appearance » Customize breaks with The Events Calendar running?

If so, can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. 

We do also have a great resource to point you on to advanced customizations using our Themer’s Guide. If you want to hire someone to make those changes, we’d suggest the groups listed at: Find A Customizer.
