MemberHey there
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
I’m sorry to see you go. Can you tell me what you needed and what you found?
Thanks

MemberHi Tracy
Unfortunately, the payment processing is something you’ll need to research with the e-commerce plugin’s support. At this time, we do not handle payment processing ourselves. I do know that it does take a bit of time from when a purchase is made until the funds are in your bank account, so to say. During that window of time, “processing” will be displayed. Check out https://woocommerce.com/contact-us/ for additional support on the transaction times.
Thanks

MemberHi Mike
Renewal costs really depend upon which plugin and level of license you purchase. Typically we have offered a 10% annual discount. However, I can’t guarantee that will remain the same.
Renewals provide ongoing updates as well as access to our premium support.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Logan
Unfortunately that is a limitation of the .ics file import system. Events being deleted from Google Calendar do not auto-delete from the imported events on your website. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

@vancouverfamily I am also seeing your site loading as expected with no redirects. Can you test this with a different machine and see what results you get? Thanks

MemberHey there
That looks like it is a setting within another plugin causing it to still display. I see you are using Jetpack. Can you see the Jetpack settings for related posts and disable it there?
Thanks

MemberHey Michael
At this time, we support scheduling Event Aggregator Google Calendar events to categories (but not tags).
You can see this by going to Events Β» Imports and scheduling an import. When you preview the event, look in the lower right row for Categories.

Let me know if this is what you were looking for.
Thanks

MemberHi David
You should still be able to see a choice between New Ticket and RSVP as seen at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-tickets/#dl_basic. If you are not seeing that, please go through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Andrew
The calendars would not be shared.
For those that want the calendars to be shared, we suggest using Event Aggregator at a top level to import the sub-sites in, but it sounds like that isn’t what you’re after.

MemberThe sidebar would be changing “Events Template” to “sidebar” or “default page template”.
I am unable to assist further with the breadcrumbs. I’d suggest checking in with your theme developer regarding those settings.
Did you retry emailing support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com ?

MemberHi there
https://woocommerce.com/product-category/woocommerce-extensions/payment-gateways should be helpful for you. We aren’t able to provide support for their plugins, but I do know they have a great support team checking in at https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
