MemberHi Amanda
How did disabling WooCommerce Tickets go? All the features of that are now part of Event Tickets Plus.
How did disabling The Events Calendar: Add Venus to WooCommerce Orders go?
You should not need to update or worry about a license for WooCommerce Tickets because everything has been moved into Event Tickets Plus, and you have a license for that.
This is the place to come for support. We aim to respond to all forum posts within a 24-48 hour weekday timeframe per ourย Scope of Supportย /ย Terms.
Let me know how disabling goes and what results from that.
Thanks

MemberHi Carolyn
Wow, that is a very unique issue. I’m so sorry this is happening. Because our plugin sees each event on Facebook as an individual event, we do not have a way to eliminate the duplicates.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jonathan
Can you switch to Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ and try to run the updates? This is definitely not something we are finding with other customers at this time.
Let me know if that lets you run the updates.
Thanks

MemberHi Shelby
The good news is that you definitely will not lose your data. You can walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key.
Once your temporary url is deactivated, the content will remain there but you will no longer get updates to the plugin there or have a way to automatically send us your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jamye
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Amanda
You are correct that WooCommerce Tickets is now part of Event Tickets Plus.
Adding Venues to WooCommerce Orders looks like it is an extension. Was this possibly created with a former support ticket with us?
I’d start by disabling both of those plugins and testing how your site works with that configuration.
We recommend conducting these tests on a <a href=”https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/ title=โStaging Serverโ>staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Let me know how it goes.

MemberHi Pamela
You can take a look at all of the Events Calendar Pro features at https://wpshindig.com/events/. In the top right, change the “View As” option to other choices like Photo view.
We do not have a view for 2 columns really. However, the photo view (and supported shortcodes) does a 3 column layout specifically. I’m not sure if that would fit your needs.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jimmy
Does the same thing happen when you use the Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/ theme? If so, can you continue conflicts testing by disabling all other plugins except those we created and see if the issue persists?
Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHello John
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi John
Unfortunately, I am unable to view the links that you shared with your site’s maintenance mode prompt to log in to view pages. You can send me a login for just viewing, not the full wp-admin dashboard, as a private reply here.
We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. I’m not sure which info you were following. What I’d suggest is to use shortcodes to display either only featured events or only not-featured events.
Example: [tribe_events view=”list” tribe-bar=”false” featured=true] would display only featured events.
Does that make sense?
Thanks

MemberHi Dan
To accomplish this, you will need to do a bit of customization work. Fortunately, my colleague Barry has already answered this issue. Check out https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/hide-tags-category-info-from-events-display-2/#post-952659 for how to get started. Let me know how this goes!

MemberHi Richard
We do not have a way to automate a quota minimum per event at this time. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com. You will be notified about our progress with this feature from there.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
