License renew

    Hello. I need help. I tried to renew the BrainSTEM Learning Canada calendar License on http://www.brainstemlearning.ca. I was charged 4 time, twice for two new licenses, and twice for two renewals. Then I wanted to be refunded for the new license. You refunded a new license and a renewal and took away the license on the website. could you please refund the second new license and reienstate the original renewal license and send me the license code to put into my website settings?
