I have a live site with a single license using The Events Calendar, The Events Calendar Shortcode, Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus.

I am redesigning my site on a dev site (currently in a subfolder) that needs to test all my commerce plugins before launch. My TLDs don’t follow your format for a dev site. The dev site follows this format: https://mysite.com/dev/events/

Can you offer a suggestion on how I can put my calendar/ticket plugins on my dev site for approximately a maximum of 2 months until launch?

    Thank you.

    Hi Jamye

If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.  You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.  If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

Is there anything else I can help you with?

    Thanks
    Courtney 🙂

Hey there! This thread has been pretty quiet for the last three weeks, so we’re going to go ahead and close it to avoid confusion with other topics. If you’re still looking for help with this, please do open a new thread, reference this one and we’d be more than happy to continue the conversation over there.

    Thanks so much!
