MemberHey there Bryan
First, I must apologize for the delayed response time. That said, we aim to respond to all forum posts within a 24-48 hour weekday timeframe per our Scope of Support / Terms. It looks like all your requests have come in less than 48 hours ago. I will ping the staff assigned to one of your tickets to try expediting that for you.
We will do our best to respond to your other requests ASAP.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Sorry for the confusion. You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.
Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin. You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.
Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.
Event Aggregator does not actually have to be installed to see this license field that you see on your screen. It’s part of The Events Calendar, but just doesn’t add the features that require processing on our server without the license. No additional code is added or removed for EA with or without a license.
Let me know if this helps.
Thanks

MemberHi Lewis
- Is it possible to display the ticket price in the list view/any view?
We do offer that option in Event Tickets Plus.
https://theeventscalendar.com/introducing-buy-now-buttons/
- In list view, is there any CSS to move the date and location to beneath the event description?
This wouldn’t be a CSS change, but can be done. You’d want to refer to our Themer’s Guide and locate the appropriate php code to override this.
- In list view, the ‘previous’ and ‘next events’ links mess the order up – you can test this on my link: http://physiquipe.numbersandlines.co.uk/ – Clicking previous works, but then clicking next flips the order to descending.
I was unable to reproduce this on our demo site or locally: https://wpshindig.com/events/list/. Can you confirm that this happens when you disable all other plugins except ours and use a default theme, such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/. Also, we issued a maintenance release update yesterday. Please run the updatte and lett me know if it still happens.
Thanks

MemberHi Vish
When someone scans the QR code to check the user in to your event, it will mark them as checked in within your admin settings. Scanning a 2nd time wouldn’t work. You would see they are already checked in.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Walter
The best way to have multiple calendars in WordPress is to use our plugin, Events Calendar Pro, to do this.
While you can still have only one default /events page, you can still display 2 calendars. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. You could use the month view of a calendar shortcode filtered by categories. You can place one category shortcode on one page and another on a different page.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Wendy
That message is something specific to your WordPress settings. Are you listed as an admin on this account?
If you are an admin, I’d suspect that it’s a conflict then with the plugin “User Role Editor Pro” I see in your account. Can you disable this and see if the problem is resolved?
Thanks

MemberHi Greg
Unfortunately, the only way to get to the updates is through a subscription. We do this to continue providing the updates and support to our premium plugins.
You are still able to get all updates to The Events Calendar (free) through the WordPress.org forums. We are committted to providing those updates as well as our open source project.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
Since we switched to a recurring renewal, we no longer send discounts. This ensures we keep the product costs as low as we can support while providing you with the best possible project development.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHi Mari
Recurring events are definitely one of the best features of Events Calendar Pro. However, ECP also includes shortcodes: Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes.
You could use the Calendar View Shortcode that sorts to show just a specific category and place that on any page you’d like.
At this time, we only support one default /events page. If you opt to display that via a menu, you could use is as the one place to see ALL events if you’d like.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Holli
Our records indicate that your account has these plugins, but that they expired at the end of November. Is there a chance that you have more than 1 account with us?
Thanks
Courtney 🙂Courtney
MemberHey there
https://fr.wordpress.org/plugins/the-events-calendar/ is the French translation of The Events Calendar.
You can see the progress of our other plugin translations at http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/.
Here is a quick guide to integrating your site and events plugin with Zapier: https://theeventscalendar.com/automating-event-promotion-zapier/.
Regarding syncing with a CRM, I’m not too sure. You can export the events calendar in Google or iCal formats. You can also export ticket purchases and attendee data as a .csv file. Is that what you wanted?
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks
