    I have been trying to get in contact with your office for four days now ans I gotten no response. I would like a refund if you cannot assist me with my issue.

    First, I must apologize for the delayed response time. That said, we aim to respond to all forum posts within a 24-48 hour weekday timeframe per our Scope of Support / Terms.
