    Hi so i have a presale questions, lets say i am selling an online ticket, i would then use qr codes right,

    how do i stop the code being used again once scannes,

    as a user can just print two copys and pass to a friend ?

    Hi Vish

    When someone scans the QR code to check the user in to your event, it will mark them as checked in within your admin settings. Scanning a 2nd time wouldn’t work. You would see they are already checked in.

    hi so i would need my computer there and logged in the background?

    what if i dont want to use computer just a phone as this would be challenging for staff handling tickets at the door to do this everytime

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/ can walk you through the exact steps to check guests in. You can do this on a mobile device with a QR code reader and that is logged in to your site.
