MemberHi Maria
https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/ could be a workaround for now as well. Still researching.
Thanks

MemberHey there Maria
I am working to find a better solution for this.
In the meantime, can you tell me a little more. What would you like to customize specifically?
If it is possible, could you try the My Custom Functions plugin.Β
Also, please send in a support ticket to http://support.wordpress.com of the same nature.
Finally, we’d love more contributors to our Greek translation: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/.
Please keep me posted on your progress and what specifically you would like to change. In the meantime, I’m also reaching out behind the scenes for a better answer.
Thanks

MemberHi Alex
Yes, it is possible to create recurring events with Events Calendar Pro.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/pro-recurring-events/ is our guide for this. Take a look to learn more about the features.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Jonathan
That is completely doable. You can sell tickets/courses with Event Tickets Plus. It does require that you run our free plugin, Event Tickets.
Then, you’ll also need an e-commerce processor. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways. Each of these offers a coupon creation setting. When users check out, they will see a field to create coupons.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Sheri! Let’s see what I can do to help π
Any way to add the Filter bar to the Event Calendar Module or to the Events Grid?
Are you referring specifically to the Beaver Themer integration with The Events Calendar? I believe the integration you are looking for relates specifically to the Themer alpha/beta plugin. The functionality of the Events Grid with that resides entirely in the hands of the Beaver Builder team. They did just begin work on integrating our other plugins, beyond The Events Calendar and Event Tickets. I know it is not in the latest update of Themer, but hear that they are actively working on it and may send me a version to test out soon.
That said, I love to see how they are modifying the layout options. We will be releasing a blog post soon to show some of these integrations.
Any way to customize the Event Calendar Module? All I see is basic drop it in – I can’t find any customization.
Can you send me a screenshot of what you are seeing?
Thanks!

MemberHi Josep
When you are viewing the settings for the widget in Appearance Β» Widgets, do you see a way to sort categories or tags in the dropdown menu?

Does this help? Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Michael
Yes, in fact you must keep The Events Calendar installed for Events Calendar Pro to work. You’ll install ECP separately which will add additional features.

MemberHello Pau
Can you start by disconnecting your Event Aggregator license from My Account Β» Licenses on our site. Then add it again to Events Β» Settings Β» Licenses.
If that doesn’t work, then can you continue by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi there Glenda
I’m so sorry for any confusion. The Events Calendar and Events Calendar Pro are designed to work just within WordPress.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. s
However, there is some great news. We will soon be launching a calendar tool that will work in any website environment. You can learn more about it and request updates to know when we are closer to launch. http://m.tri.be/19qc

MemberHi Greg
I am seeing that Events Calendar Pro is active for a personal license on your account until June 30, 2018.
When I view https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/ as your account, I can see the license key.
Just before you are due to renew, we will email you with a reminder. The other option is to renew now (6 months early) and extend the license further. This would add your payment information to your account well ahead of time.
I will investigate further to see if you can add a payment option without renewing early.
Thanks

MemberHi Kelly
You could do this in 2 ways. First, check out our Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus plugin combo. These will allow you to set up your own ticket processing.
The other option is to the Event Website field as a link to the location to purchase tickets from a 3rd party seller.
Does this help clarify?
Thanks
