Promo Code integration

We are interested in using the Events Calendar to manage our course signups. One feature that we NEED, is the option for users to purchase tickets for a class AND we need the option for them to enter a coupon/promo code. Is this doable? What is needed to make this work?

Hi Jonathan

That is completely doable. You can sell tickets/courses with Event Tickets Plus. It does require that you run our free plugin, Event Tickets.

Then, you’ll also need an e-commerce processor. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways. Each of these offers a coupon creation setting. When users check out, they will see a field to create coupons.
