MemberHi there!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes for Events Calendar Pro. However, they do not work with just The Events Calendar.
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHello Alexis
Events Calendar Pro does have a limited search function at the top of the calendar page. You can view it at the top of http://wpshindig.com/events.
To see Filter Bar in action, see the 2nd row on http://wpshindig.com/events.
At this time, additional information does not offer file uploads. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

The link to add an event appears to have been added to your site on your end. Was it possibly added in Events Β» Settings Β» Display Β» Add HTML before event content?

MemberHi Deborah
Can you walk through the steps on Moving Your License Key? That should help you resolve the website address.
Thanks

MemberHi there
We currently do not have a demo of the back-end. However, you can view all of our plugins in action at http://wpshindig.com/events. Additionally, you can get The Events Calendar and Event Tickets for free from WordPress.org.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/. s
Regarding website transfers:
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.Β
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.Β You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.Β If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.

MemberHey there
At this time, the RSVP/Buy Now buttons appear only in List View and on single events. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
If you are up for the task, you could customize this yourself with some PHP. See our Themer’s Guide to get started or hire a developer at Find A Customizer. Calling for this will take more than CSS code to achieve it.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/collecting-attendee-information/ shares how Event Tickets Plus can gather additional information from attendees. I believe this would also work for the dietary needs fields too.
We don’t currently have a way to have sub-events under the main (workshops as part of main events). You could essentially set up several ticket types from the main event, each as a workshop option, with a total quantity available for the main event and set amounts available per workshop.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Sheri
I just followed those steps.
Layout: Masonry & Default
Content: Custom Query, Post Type Events, Order DescendingAre you still seeing events out of order?
Thanks

MemberHi there Jeremy
Both Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus have ways to handle additional data.
Events Calendar Pro is more about what you display on event listings.
Event Tickets Plus is about the data you can gather from attendees. It does not directly integrate with an email system. However, it does sent emails to attendees regarding ticket purchases. You can export a .csv file of attendee information and then upload that to an email system of your choice.
Tickets are not currently configured to allow for approval before the purchase processes. If you’d like to add that functionality, we suggest the Themer’s Guide for code-savvy people willing to do the work. If that is a bit daunting, we also recommend the organizations on Find A Customizer to do to the work for you.
Does that clarify further?
Thanks

MemberHi Syahmi
I spoke with one of our developers. They suggested the following:
It looks like your theme comes with a template override for default-template.php and that is causing this. You could override that template override in the child theme folder or to use a snippet
remove_action( 'ocean_display_sidebar' );for all calendar templates. If you opt for the template override, then copy the same file in the child theme and remove line 40 that does
<?php do_action( 'ocean_display_sidebar' ); ?>
or simply copy our original default-template.php into the override folder.
Thanks

MemberHi Syahmi
