My URL has changed from temporary to final

I need to change the URL for which the license is attached. The website was being built on a temporary URL, but has now changed to the final URL, now I can’t update the plugin, which doesn’t expire until November. I unconnected the license # from the temporary URL, how do I reconnect it to the final URL? The temporary URL was an IP address with a partial domain name after a tilda symbol. The current URL is shared below.

Thank you but it seems to have updated itself. Or at least it’s coming up
validated. I thought you guys had done something. If it stops working I’ll
check out that article.
