We do not directly integrate our products with MailChimp. You could use MailChimp’s RSS tool to pull your events in that way. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/events-rss-feed/ can show you more about our RSS.

If you want to email your attendees, you could export your attendees https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#exporting-attendees and import them into MailChimp.

Can you check on the sites using your license at My Account » Licenses https://theeventscalendar.com/license-keys/?

If you see a site that needs to be disconnected, you can do that at this location and then add your license again to your existing site at Events » Settings » Licenses.

1. User Event Submission is possible with our additional plugin: Community Events.

2. Yes, you can create multiple categories for events. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes for Events Calendar Pro users. Most of these shortcodes can filter by categories.

3. I believe filtering by categories is what you were referring to.

You can see our widgets in Appearance » Widgets. From there, you can add those to any widgetized area within your site. We do offer Calendar View Shortcodes and Widget Shortcodes. These can be placed anywhere within your site.

Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?  I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict. 

We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).

Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.

Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard » Updates). 

Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.

Sorry for the confusion.  You should’ve received an email containing a link to download Events Calendar Pro and the license key.

Can you go to My Account » Downloads and download the Events Calendar Pro plugin.  You’ll need to keep the free The Events Calendar plugin active as well.

Then get your license key, and go to Events » Settings » Licenses to enter it.

It looks like you tried to do this, but in the Event Aggregator field instead.

Let me know if this works now.
