MemberHi Dirk
At this time, we do not have a demo of the back end.Β However, you can see for a demo of the front end of our products.Β Check it out at WP Shindig Demo Site https://wpshindig.com/events/.Β
Read more at: Do you have a demo, examples I can see, or trial licenses?
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Obi
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/woocommerce-specific-ticket-settings/ may help you sort this out a bit.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-event-tickets/ is a good starting point for Event Tickets Plus.
Basically if you just enable WooCommerce and configure your payment settings inside it, then enable Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, you won’t need to do a whole lot more to accept payments. When you create tickets, it will be set up to process through Woo without making additional items in Woo.
Does that help?
Thanks

MemberHi there Tim!
Thanks so much for getting in touch! I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum. We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:

β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHey Paul
So sorry about that. I’ll check in with our non-profit representative. We’ve had some issues with our forms lately. Could you submit the form again at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp.
β οΈPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.

MemberHey Robert
At this time, we do not have partnership programs like this. If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it at http://tribe.uservoice.com.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Thanks so much for reaching out! We aren’t denying ways to get Facebook to work. You can still import events using either of these 2 options outlined in How to Import Facebook Events into Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/, though it is a less ideal method than we previously had available.
Facebook recently declined our efforts to work with them using their Events API as a more efficient way to import events. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/Β We are terribly sorry about this.Β
Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. If anything changes, we will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
Thanks

MemberHey Dave
The additional charge was because your existing ETP license was upgraded from Personal to Business. Can you confirm that you don’t want to use ETP on 3 sites first?
Thanks

MemberHey Adam
No need for a 2nd license. Your existing license will work on up to 3 sites. Head to My Account Β» Downloads https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/ to grab the plugin and upload it to the next site. The license is included in the plugin file, and should activate itself.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Brandi
Event Tickets Plus requires an e-commerce plugin to also be added to your site. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
