Aggregator still works for Facebook profiles

We have been using the aggregator to upload hundreds of events from our Facebook profile via iCalendar since April 2018 on our calendar at https://localmotive.org/southsoundcalendar/

Why do you insist on denying something that actually works?

Hey there

Thanks so much for reaching out! We aren’t denying ways to get Facebook to work. You can still import events using either of these 2 options outlined in How to Import Facebook Events into Event Aggregator https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/how-to-import-facebook-events-into-event-aggregator/, though it is a less ideal method than we previously had available.

Facebook recently declined our efforts to work with them using their Events API as a more efficient way to import events. https://theeventscalendar.com/important-facebook-api-changes/  We are terribly sorry about this. 

Needless to say, we are just as stuck and frustrated as our clients on this issue. If anything changes, we will continue to keep you updated through our social channels, blog posts, newsletters, and on https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/ea-fb-privacy-policy and https://theeventscalendar.com/event-aggregator-status/.
