MemberHey Elain
The RSVP option will automatically say “Free” at the top of the single event listing. This can be hidden with some CSS. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-remove-free-in-the-heading/ is one example. Do note, the code here is slightly dependent upon the user’s theme. Copy/pasting code from here may not solve your exact site’s needs but is the same approach to use.
You can add your own CSS to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS

MemberHi Shuan
You can apply for our non-profit discountย by completing the form at https://theeventscalendar.com/apply-for-npp. This offer is good for Events Calendar Pro and Event Tickets Plus.
โ ๏ธPlease Note: Licenses granted through this program do not include access to support. If you need in-depth support, please consider purchasing a regular license.
Importing events from Google Calendar is something that Event Aggregator can do.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Doug
We do not have evaluation or demo plugins available at this time. We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
We also have the front-end view of our plugins available on http://wpshindig.com/events.
In Using One License for Live and Dev Sites https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-one-license-live-dev-sites/, we do specify which domain structures that we currently support for staging sites.ย
If your site doesn’t match the criteria, you can still use the plugin.ย You will need to manually run updates, the license may not register (or you could register it there while building and later Move Your License Key https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/moving-your-license-keys/.ย If you need to contact support during that time, please manually send in your System Info.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ is our guide to override our layouts.

MemberYes James. To go from one site using The Events Calendar into another, Event Aggregator is needed.
I tried to import events from their site, and it looks like it is not our plugin. If they can provide you with alternate means, such as a .ics file, it could still be possible. So sorry about that.
Thanks

MemberHi Jolene
By default, the times do not appear exactly as you are describing. You can see the views on our demo site: https://wpshindig.com/events/. Check out the “View As” and check out list view, week view, etc. to see if these might meet your needs.
Also, you can hover over the events in month view to see if the way that the time displays could work.
If you are code savvy and interested in customizing this yourself, our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ is the starting point to learn how to do this without risking plugin update conflicts.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey there
I deleted your email to protect your privacy on our public forum.
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/changing-the-browser-title-for-calendar-views/ might have the steps you need. Typically our plugin just calls the page /events, as it does on our demo site: http://wpshindig.com/events. Sometimes themes have settings that override this. The steps on the article I linked to should help.
Thanks

MemberHi Steve
Event Aggregator can import events from Facebook, Google/iCal, Meetup, and other sites using The Events Calendar. Would this work for you?
Do note, Event Aggregator is a separate plugin from and does not require Events Calendar Pro. You only need to install our free The Events Calendar plugin and activate the Event Aggregator license.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHello Rebecca
Do you have published events on your site? When I visited, I didn’t see any future events published.
Also, I saw the Google Maps API error. See how to resolve that at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/.
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi James
Oh, I hope I can help clear this up.
The article you linked to is for those wishing to subscribe to your own site’s event calendar. Often people request this as a way to automate listing events inside email newsletters, like Mailchimp. RSS subscription is not a supported way to import events into your calendar. With just The Events Calendar, we only support uploading .csv files.
Our plugin, Event Aggregator supports importing events from sites such as Facebook, Meetup, Google/iCal, or other sites using The Events Calendar.
Can you tell me the source you are trying to import from? I can take a look to see if it’s possible.
Note: Events Calendar Pro adds features to The Events Calendar, such as different /events page views, recurring events, shortcode support, and more, but does not add importing capabilities.
Thanks
