    I recently received an email about an early renewal of my Events Calendar Pro subscription. I would like to take advantage of the early renewal discount but I first need to get my subscription level changed from Business to Personal. Can you please make this change and send a new early registration email so that I can take advantage of the early renewal discount?

    Hey Fred,

    Sorry for the trouble here. We should be able to help for sure.

    Here’s what I’m thinking: Since we cannot refund your Business license, we can just give you a coupon code so that you can buy a new Personal License.

    That way, you’ll get the renewal discount with your new Personal License and can have a properly-generated license key that’ll remain active for a year after the date of purchase.

    How does that sound?
