MemberHi Greg
When you go to My Account ยป Licenses, there is an upgrade option. This will create a path to an upgraded price vs a new full price.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks

MemberHi Steven
My first guess would be that your Google Maps API key may not be enabled. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/setting-up-your-google-maps-api-key/
If that doesn’t resolve the issue, can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).ย
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard ยป Updates).ย
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.ย
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHi Marcella
Can you send a screenshot of what you are experiencing?
I visited your site and was able to toggle views: https://cloudup.com/cTbsL2pXBE3. I was using Chrome’s mobile emulator for this test. https://developers.google.com/web/tools/chrome-devtools/device-mode/

MemberHi Lyndon
At this time, our plugins do not export as a .csv. I have used https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ (3rd party) to achieve this. Can you give it a try and let me know if it fits your needs?
Thanks

MemberHi Joelle
Can you send me a link to the specific event that does not display the map?
I looked at http://stardustsolar.com/event/testing-event/ and could see a Google Map.
I was using Chrome at the time. What browser are you using?
Thanks

MemberHey Kimberly
Location/venue should definitely be working in the free version.
We really can’t provide much technical support in the pre-sales forum. But, I’d suggest you can do some troubleshooting. Start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?ย I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.ย

MemberHi Alessandro
At this time, Event Aggregator only imports into The Events Calendar event posts. These are custom post types technically.
You could take a look at our Themer’s Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/ to determine if you can modify things to fit your needs. If not, see our recommended customers at Find A Customizer https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHey Geoff
I marked this thread as private. Can you send in your license key? Events ยป Settings ยป Licenses. I’d like to see if this license is possibly tied to a different login or email.
Thanks

MemberHi Debbi
I do see that switching views is working on http://gilmerarts.com/events/, but not in the shortcode method of your screenshots.

MemberHi Steve
You wouldn’t need permission really to import public Facebook events. Typically the only time we suggest requesting more is when you want to use events from someone’s site that is not using The Events Calendar already and you need a special format.
Does that make sense?
Thanks

MemberHi Fred
I believe LaToya has finished this up for you. Can you confirm that you’ve received an email from her?
Thanks
CourtneyMarch 19, 2018 at 3:53 am in reply to: Event Tickets Plus – don’t show price information ore "free" on events #1482757Courtney
MemberHi Friedhelm
The RSVP option will automatically say “Free” at the top of the single event listing. This can be hidden with some CSS. https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/how-to-remove-free-in-the-heading/ is one example. Do note, the code here is slightly dependent upon the user’s theme. Copy/pasting code from here may not solve your exact site’s needs but is the same approach to use.
You can add your own CSS to your child theme, or in Appearance ยป Customize ยป Additional CSS.
If you think idea is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.
