MemberHi there Robin!
I would check that you have enabled Tribe Commerce. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/tribe-commerce-paypal/
I’m afraid that we’re not equipped to provide technical support for current plugin users here in our pre-sales forum.
We’d be more than happy to assist you at one of the following locations:
β’ If you’re using one or more of our free plugins such as The Events Calendar and Event Tickets, you can request assistance on the WordPress.org support forum for the affected product.
β’ If you’re a current license holder for one of our premium offerings, please log in to your account and submit a post to the appropriate forum for the affected product. Please include your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ so we can better help you.If you can, please take the time to confirm in your post that you’ve run through our Testing for Conflicts steps prior to contacting us–this will save us a step and help us to get your issue resolved that much quicker! π
Thanks again, and we’ll see you in the forums!

MemberHi Martin
The closest that we offer is a “This Week” widget: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/configuring-the-this-week-widget/.
If you think that is something you would like as a feature I encourage you to visit our User Voice Page and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there.
You can suggest it it http://tribe.uservoice.com.

MemberHi Sam
We do not have a direct way to integrate with mailing systems. https://theeventscalendar.com/automating-event-promotion-zapier/ could be a good start. You could use Zapier to send purchases into your Mailchimp or another newsletter system.
Let me know if you get this setup.

When you go to https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/payment-methods/, are you able to delete your card?

MemberHey Steve
What browser are you using? When I follow your steps using Chrome, it does not jump to the bottom.
Thanks

MemberHi Chris
Event Tickets Plus actually requires users to add an e-commerce plugin. We currently support WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
Both of these options work with Stripe, but you can read more on their websites.
If you would want just Paypal, our latest update to Event Tickets now includes that, without needing an additional e-commerce plugin.

MemberHi Charlie
You are covered for 1 year of updates from the time of your purchase. Have you installed Events Calendar Pro on your site, in addition to The Events Calendar?
I am unable to see your site details. Your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ really helps us better diagnose what is happening. It does require that you log in using the same account that you purchased the plugin with so that information can be accesssed.
Thanks

MemberHi Jill
I’m sorry to say we do not offer phone support or demo versions. You can test out The Events Calendar and Event Tickets for free.
We also have https://wpshindig.com/event/event-tickets-plus-demo/ as an example on the front end of the site.
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.

Thanks

MemberHey Mary Ellen
We are just a week or two out from our hopeful launch. I’d advise renewing Events Calendar Pro now, and then at launch trying the demo of Loxi, then requesting a license swap. To do that, please send an email to support [at] theeventscalendar [.] com.

Thanks

MemberHello Pawel
Can you start by going through our Testing for Conflicts Guide https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/?Β I am wondering if you might have a plugin or theme conflict.Β
We recommend conducting these tests on a staging server (https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/creating-using-wordpress-staging-site/).Β
If you are unable to do so, please install the Health Check plugin so that you can effectively disable all plugins without website visitors noticing any changes. See https://make.wordpress.org/support/handbook/appendix/troubleshooting-using-the-health-check/#troubleshooting for how to do this.
Begin by deactivating all other plugins, using a theme such as Twenty Seventeen https://wordpress.org/themes/twentyseventeen/, and see if the issue still persists.
Also, double check for any other updates available (Dashboard Β» Updates).Β
Would you mind enabling WP_DEBUG and sharing any PHP errors you see while navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket?
Once you share your WP_DEBUG findings, we may be able to get an idea of any plugin or theme conflicts.
Please enable WP_DEBUG on your site. You’ll need to edit to your site’s wp-config.php file and change this line of code:
define('WP_DEBUG', false);to this:define('WP_DEBUG', true);
(or add this line of code if you can’t find mention of ‘WP_DEBUG’ in your wp-config.php file)If any errors do appear while navigating your site’s pages, please copy and paste them in their entirety into a new ticket reply — along with the URL of where you saw the error(s) — and make sure you set it as a Private reply.
Finally, please check for Javascript errors: Using Your Browser to Diagnose JavaScript Errors.
Please send in your System Info https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ as well after your tests so that we can better diagnose the issues you are having.Β
Please let me know if the issue still persists after these tests.
Thanks

MemberHey there
Event Tickets Plus is definitely compatible with WooCommerce. We currently support and require WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads for Event Tickets Plus to work. Read more about each optionβs features and payment gateways.
QR code overview: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/
Checking in with or without QR codes: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-orders-and-attendees/#qr-code-checkins
Payment gateways that can be used with WooCommerce are dependent upon WooCommerce. We do not choose what gateways can work. (However, Event Tickets recently announced Paypal integration without needing Event Tickets Plus or Woo/EDD).
We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
Is there anything else I can help you with?
Thanks

MemberHi Hakan
We are actively looking to expand our translations. https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/adding-or-updating-a-translation/ is our overview on the process, as well as links to all our resources to help get the plugins translated.
A super fast way that many bypass translation needs is to use https://wordpress.org/plugins/say-what/. This would be useful if you don’t want to read code.

MemberHi Steve
You can change how far in advance that future imports will work by going to Events Β» Settings Β» Imports Β» Import Limit Type.
Are you still having the same experience when selecting “next events”? When I try to replicate, it does not jump to the bottom of a page.
Thanks
