issue with Event Ticket and Paypal

I have the calendar set up and also the Event Ticket 4.7. It lets me do everything but ad an amount for my classes and camps. It says “Free. Why can I not add a payment along with Paypal to 4.7? What is missing? Is this the correct plugin to use with paypal?
