    Hi,

    We are building one website for a bar and club related business where the client wants to sell their event tickets online. The WordPress theme we are using is “porters pub” and it is compatible with the event calendar and event ticket. As we mentioned earlier they want to sell tickets online so we are planning to upgrade it to premium version which is “Event Ticket Plus”. We are looking for some information before purchasing your product.

    1. Is it compatible with Woocommerce?
    2. We wanted especially QR code scanning feature to validate all the buyers, so how this feature will work with event ticket plus? How can we scan QR code and validate? Is there any hardware device which we need to purchase additionally with this plugin? Can we use mobile phone to scan and validate the tickets at the entry? How will it be accounted for i.e can we tabulate the tickets purchased, number of paid tickets who have entered and of the likes…
    3. If we want to use any other payment gateway other than “PayPal” Is it possible? We are using a payment gateway called Razorpay with which is it compatible?

    Hey there

    Event Tickets Plus is definitely compatible with WooCommerce. We currently support and require WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads for Event Tickets Plus to work. Read more about each option’s features and payment gateways.

    Payment gateways that can be used with WooCommerce are dependent upon WooCommerce. We do not choose what gateways can work. (However, Event Tickets recently announced Paypal integration without needing Event Tickets Plus or Woo/EDD).

    We do offer 30 day refunds if you find the plugin does not meet your needs. It’s just a matter of submitting a refund request form at https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
