    I just purchased a license renewal for the Events Calendar PRO plugin. However, it does not appear in My Account > License Keys nor do any downloads appear in My Account > Downloads. I would have posted this topic in the support forum for premium license owners, but I am unable to do so because of the issue described above. Please advise. Thanks for your help!

    Hey Geoff

    I marked this thread as private. Can you send in your license key? Events » Settings » Licenses. I’d like to see if this license is possibly tied to a different login or email.
