MemberHi. I checked its status and it’s slotted for an upcoming release, but this does not guarantee it will definitely be in the next release, whenever that may be (probably several weeks at the earliest).
This thread will be updated once it is fixed.

MemberThanks for that tip, Dmitry.
Here’s a code snippet using Dmitry’s suggestion, which may be preferable:
https://gist.github.com/cliffordp/9a457b724e38b3036f8d48adc90930ed
However, it only restricts to the checkout, not within a user’s account.

MemberHi. Thanks for your detailed question.
It sounds to me like you think the translation that shipped with our plugins is not 100% correct.
We have this information regarding translations:
- Translating the premium plugins
- Translating The Events Calendar (free/core plugin)
- How to Override Plugin Language Files (custom language files on your own site)
- Customizing/Changing any bit of text (actual code snippet is at the very bottom) — or using the Say what? plugin (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) might be easier to setup and use to do the same thing as our provided code snippet
Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

MemberHi, Mary. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Please provide me a link to the event this is happening for so I can try to replicate it.
Cliff
MemberHi. You would likely need to use our Themer’s Guide to override /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/single-event.php and its included files
Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.
March 28, 2018 at 7:26 pm in reply to: How to update staging site with events added to live site #1491274Cliff
MemberHi. WP Engine clones Production to Staging so all your events should come over to Staging when you do that.
The WordPress XML exporter does not have a “date range” filter so anytime you would use it to export Events, it would export all of them.
If you really want to do things this way, you could delete all of your Staging site’s Events (then empty trash) and then import the latest XML export file.

MemberHi, Annette. I haven’t heard of this before but I’m glad you’re all straightened out. Have a great rest of your week.

MemberHi again, Gregory.
1)
https://wordpress.org/plugins/user-switching/ (third-party, not guaranteed or supported by us) can be a good way to accomplish this so it’s attached to their account
2)
I do not understand this use case. Please explain in greater detail.
3)
A ticket email does send upon purchasing but a reminder email is not part of our solution currently.
I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/8391186-reminder-emails-for-x-days-before-event
Please do add your vote there.
This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberAll positive vibes, Ilkka! We just need to do it this way so it’s manageable for all of us.
Stephanie, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
Do you have a staging site we can work on instead of your live site?

MemberThanks for that information.
- There were some new updates released today. Please do perform all of our plugins’ updates.
- Your System Information Report does not reflect your site being in Testing for Conflicts Mode (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins)
