    Hi, Rolf.

Sorry you’re experiencing this known issue. However, you posted from an account that does not have Events Calendar PRO associated with it, which is where the Countdown Widget comes from.

I marked this thread as Pending Fix, which means it should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

I apologize for this issue, but please login to your account if you need further assistance with other issues.

    Thank you.

Hi, Nathan. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

    1)

Our The Events Calendar and Event Tickets plugins are free. We do not have reseller licenses for our premium plugins.

    2)

We have multisite-level licenses for each of our products, which allow unlimited sites within a single network.

    3)

We have unlimited-level licenses as well.

Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.

I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

Hi. Our calendar would need start and end dates but you could mark them as All Day events if you do not want to insert times of day.

Without the actual import URL, I wouldn’t be able to advise on whether the import is working as intended, since I’d need to read the actual .ics file’s contents and try to reproduce the import error (if there is one) on my own test site.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Hi, Michael. None of our products overlap each other, but they do work together.

If you have a multisite-level license, you can have unlimited sites within that network.

You may use a non-multisite license in a multisite environment — such as Agency license for 10 or fewer sites, like in your case — but the non-multisite licenses do not do automatic updates within wp-admin. You can perform Manual Updates, though.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

    Hi, Gianni.

    1)

I believe you’re requesting the same thing as one of our existing feature requests: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/18616273-limit-rsvp-or-woocommerce-ticket-registration-to-o

Please do add your vote there.

This allows us to gauge interest in this particular feature request, which helps us prioritize our development efforts.

    2)

If you have Event Tickets Plus (ET+), you can add your own Phone Number field, and all your fields will appear in your Attendees Report.

Please let me know if you have any follow-up questions on this topic.

Hi, Maxim. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

I believe our suite would have all your desired functionality. I would recommend these products:

The only thing I’d say may be a concern is that you cannot make a “ticket template” or copy tickets from Event A to Event B. This can be time-consuming and frustrating for repeats like a play that has a matinée and evening performance over 3 days: you would have to create 6 separate events and recreate the tickets for each one (orchestra, mezzanine, balcony) — 3 tickets times 6 shows means you’d create/recreate 18 tickets.

Hi, Young. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.

This functionality is not available at this time and is not planned for the near future.

You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Main.php is not able to be overridden via template overrides, since it’s not a template file. In other words, copying it to your child theme wouldn’t take any effect.

I believe this should work for you:

Please reference https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/implementing-custom-code-snippets/ for how to implement custom code snippets.

Please let me know how this goes for you.

I’m not aware of that other thread, but if you link me to it I can try looking into it a bit more.

    Good catch!

I’ve updated the gist code I shared before.

Please try the updated version that uses JavaScript (see its embed, above) and let me know how it goes for you.

    Gotcha. Sorry about that.

That text is loaded on the woocommerce_email_after_order_table action hook.

That text is able to be changed via the wootickets_email_message filter or translations (what I’m assuming you did), which is from /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/Tribe/Commerce/WooCommerce/Main.php

You could add another line break or two <br> at the end of that string.

Let me know if you need some additional assistance.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this.

This isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.

That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.
