Hi Simon. Thanks for your detailed question.

At this time, this functionality is not available, but I know it’s on our soon-to-do-list.

I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable functionality has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to code it, test it, and schedule it for release.

Thank you for your understanding and patience awaiting a future update to add this feature.

Hi Bob. Thanks for your consideration of our licensing. Please reference this KB article to answer your question: Using one license for your live and dev sites

    Thanks!

    Hi Adam.

I believe you’re using a theme that has custom templating for The Events Calendar PRO.

Here’s a video demonstrating our default view (such as with Twenty Sixteen theme): https://cl.ly/0f2I3F0O0M1q

If you’d like, though, you can suggest this as a feature request at our plugins’ UserVoice page.

Please do add your feature request there.

This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.

Once you post it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

Regarding, “If a visitor purchases 4 tickets to a venue…” — Just an FYI to be clear: Tickets can be assigned to Events but not Venues.

When you mention “each row”, I’m not sure to where you’re referring (each row in WooCommerce orders or each row in ET+’s Attendees report), but here’s a walkthrough of purchasing 4 tickets in a single transaction via ET+ with WooCommerce: https://cl.ly/3X1A2946150i

If you have any follow-up questions, I’d suggest buying and trying via our refund policy (linked in a previous reply).

I hope this clears things up for you, but let me know if not. 🙂

    I understand.

You could use Event Categories, as described, and then redirect /events/ to /events/category/wp-meetups/ using a plugin like Redirection (third party so not guaranteed or supported by us).

Let me know if you need anything else.

Hilary, we call this “global stock”.

Please see our KB article about it: Making Tickets > Using Global Stock

Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

The responsive nature of the plugins can be removed by using the tribe_events_kill_responsive filter.

Setting tribe_events_kill_responsive to true just sets tribe_events_mobile_breakpoint to zero. By default, it’s set to 768.

If things aren’t working as expected for you, please follow our recommended troubleshooting steps:

There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?

Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.

If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to TwentySixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.

If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any PHP errors you see while changing tickets quantity, navigating your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and any other of your site’s pages relevant to this ticket.

Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts mode).

You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)

Let us know what you find out.

    Thanks.

Sorry, David. I cannot login to your site to help with this. We avoid logging into customers’ sites and I wouldn’t be able to modify anything on your site anyway. If there’s something you think I should see, please record a video or share an annotated screenshot.

I’d suggest following the advice I provided in my previous reply to get started toward your resolution. Here are our full recommended troubleshooting steps:

Our Tribe Bar search just runs the regular WordPress search but restricts to just searching events. Therefore, you might want to look into modifying WordPress default search, possibly using this as a reference: https://codex.wordpress.org/Custom_Queries#Keyword_Search_in_Plugin_Table

Hi Omar. Thanks for your question.

We don’t have native support for Visual Composer or any other page builder — so you won’t see an “Event Calendar” box in their builder — but you should be able to use one of our plugin’s widgets or shortcodes. They’re regular WordPress widgets and shortcodes, not specific to Visual Composer.

Please let me know how things go for you.
