GuestIf four tickets are purchased on one order, does each ticket have a unique id?
It will display on attendee list: the order number on four rows, with the corresponding unique id?
Thank you.August 4, 2016 at 9:04 pm #1147948Cliff
MemberHi. You posted in our Pre-Sales forum from a user account that doesn’t have any purchases associated with it.
We don’t answer support questions for Events core/free or PRO add-on in the Pre-Sales forum.
If you made your purchase(s) through a different user account, please login to that account and then post in one of the paid forums.
Thank you for your understanding and thank you for using our plugins.

GuestI asked a question in the PRE-SALES FORUM because I have not purchased and I have a question.
Seems reasonable…The response is that I posted in a PRE-SALES forum but I have not made a purchase yet.
Really?!! That is the logic arrived at?
Forget it. I’ll move on.August 5, 2016 at 7:03 am #1148116Cliff
MemberAlan, I apologize for the misunderstanding. Because Event Tickets is free, many people post in this forum asking for help with it alone, and I didn’t see anything in your question specific to Event Tickets Plus (ET+).
Do you want to sell paid tickets (requires ET+) or just have free/RSVP-type tickets (possibly without ET+)?
If you want to sell tickets, you’ll need ET+ and an eCommerce plugin like WooCommerce.
If someone purchases 4 tickets in a single checkout process, there will be one WooCommerce Order Number, but each ticket will have its own unique ID and QR code to check-in.
More information is available at Tickets: Managing your orders and attendees
Last but not least, we have a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

GuestThank you Cliff.
I am using Woo Commerce and would be interested in purchasing ET+.
My question was in regard to using ET+ with Woo Commerce.
If a visitor purchases 4 tickets to a venue, on the Attendees listing, will it show the order on four rows, and in each row show a unique ticket ID? I watched the moderntribeapps video and saw the Attendees listing. It shows the sale of one ticket, thus there is only one row and one unique ID.
I appreciate your assistance and your speedy reply.Thank you.

MemberRegarding, “If a visitor purchases 4 tickets to a venue…” — Just an FYI to be clear: Tickets can be assigned to Events but not Venues.
When you mention “each row”, I’m not sure to where you’re referring (each row in WooCommerce orders or each row in ET+’s Attendees report), but here’s a walkthrough of purchasing 4 tickets in a single transaction via ET+ with WooCommerce: https://cl.ly/3X1A2946150i
If you have any follow-up questions, I’d suggest buying and trying via our refund policy (linked in a previous reply).
I hope this clears things up for you, but let me know if not. 🙂
