MemberHi, Erik. Thanks for your recent purchase.
We do not provide support over the weekends, per our Scope of Support / Terms.
There isn’t a “pay at the door” feature.
You could request this as a new feature (or maybe search to see if the idea was already posted by someone else) at our plugins’ UserVoice page.
This allows others who are interested in that feature to easily voice their support. We frequently review suggestions there to find out which ones are popular, then we implement as many of them as we can.
If you post it / find it, feel free to link to it from here in case anyone comes across this forum thread in the future.

In our Help Desk we keep our threads focused on just one issue at a time to ensure we fully answer each of your questions/issues. Please keep this in mind for the future and start a new thread for your additional questions from this thread. Thanks for your understanding.

MemberHi, Ceejay. Sorry you’re experiencing this.
Is there any consistency you’re noticing, such as certain field types or certain situations like not working with WooCommerce but is working with RSVPs?
Cliff
MemberHi, Mike. This is because of your theme’s styling.
Please review this video: https://cl.ly/3F04392V470v
And this CSS may be what you’d want to add:
body.post-type-archive-tribe_events #primary { max-width: 100%; width: 100%; }You can add custom CSS code via your child theme’s style.css file, via WordPress 4.7’s Customizer CSS settings, or via a third-party plugin (not guaranteed or supported by us), like:
- SiteOrigin CSS (helps you visually build CSS selectors via its Inspector and Visual Editor, if that’ll help you)
- Simple Custom CSS
- Jetpack (supports regular CSS and the LESS and Sass pre-processors)
If you’re not a CSS expert, Jetpack’s Custom Design reference may prove helpful.
Please let me know how it goes for you.

MemberHi. You could use our Themer’s Guide to override/customize this file: /wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month/single-event.php
Please let me know how this goes for you.

MemberHi, Joel. This seems to look okay to me: https://cl.ly/0P420Q2c2y1x
Please let me know whether or not the issue is visible in my video.
If it’s not, would you be able to share an annotated screenshot, screen capture video, and/or relevant URLs to clarify exactly what’s happening here?
Thank you.
Cliff
MemberHi, Kenneth. Thanks for your interest in our plugin suite.
You could use Event Tickets Plus (ET+) with WooCommerce and any of its payment gateways/currencies.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi, Daniel.
We don’t have any specifics for X Pro Theme, but you might try playing with this setting: wp-admin > Events > Settings > Display tab > “Events template” option — to see if changing it makes things work better for you.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest asking your theme author how-to for the tribe_organizer custom post type archive view.
Thanks!

MemberHi, Derek.
If you’re trying to add a limit to the tribe_events shortcode, that shortcode argument does not exist: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/
If you’re referring to a different shortcode, please post the full shortcode.
FYI: Help Desk reply notifications only get sent to the address in your My Account page. If you want replies to go to a different email, updating your account’s email is the only way our Help Desk could send them to another email.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing this. This isn’t currently a confirmed issue, but I have seen some users reporting that the information does appear but only after a delay — so please check if that is happening. If it is not and no attendee information appears, even after a delay, I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:
There might be some new updates available. Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
- Downloads / Version Numbers
- License Keys
- TEC Automatic Updates
- or TEC Manual Updates
- WordPress core updates
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Seventeen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
Of course, we always recommend restorable database and file backups as well as performing modifications first on a staging site before modifying anything on your live/production site.
If it doesn’t, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG (which will create a file on your server at /wp-content/debug.log if there are any WP_DEBUG messages) and share any debug messages you see while trying to replicate this issue and doing other things on your site relevant to this ticket (such as visiting your site’s home page, events page, single-event pages, and anything else you can think to do).
Then, please share your System Information (while in Testing for Conflicts Mode) in a Private Reply.
That will give me a lot of extra information to help troubleshoot this.
You might also see if you can spot any console errors at your site. (If needed, you may reference our KB article Using Google Chrome Developer Tools.)
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberHi, Yury.
We do have network-level administration options built into the plugin if you have a Multisite-type license code.
However, activating/deactivating would be done as a plugin as is regularly done within the network admin. For example, if you want our plugin(s) active on all sub-sites, you could Network Activate it. If you want it on 11 of 12 sites, you would have to activate the plugins on all 11 sites and not the 12th.
Last but not least, we have Bundles and a pretty great Refund Policy so you can buy one or many of our add-ons and thoroughly test them.
I hope this info helps. Let me know if you have any follow-up questions.

MemberHi. Sorry you’re experiencing an issue with events not appearing at the slug you selected.
Are you trying to translate the slug, or are you just saying that yoursite.com/events is not working? If the latter, this isn’t currently a confirmed issue so I’d suggest following these recommended troubleshooting steps for your own site:

MemberAndreas, as I said in my prior reply, I wasn’t able to reproduce the issue you reported. Is it still happening for you?
Our developers investigated the issue that I discovered and confirmed it wasn’t a bug but a misunderstanding of how things work.
Since we didn’t hear back from you that you were struggling with that, we need to confirm if you still have issues with ticket emails getting sent to the wrong recipients.
If yes, please share a screen capture video demonstrate exactly what’s happening here. You could do this by setting up a temporary event, buy a ticket from your personal paypal (or enable Sandbox mode), buy a ticket as a 2nd buyer, then bulk-complete the orders and see if they go to the wrong/other buyer.
Thanks for your efforts here to help us understand this issue, since we weren’t able to replicate it.
Cliff

Version 1.1.0 allows the array of arguments sent to mPDF to be filtered. Please see the “If you need to support special characters:” part of the extension article, review the changelog, and let us know how it works for you.
Thanks for contributing by sharing your feedback!
