It looks like Yoast SEO plugin is creating redirects for URLs that no longer exist, which likely isn’t what you want in this case.
Do you think this could be the issue? If yes, you might ask their support how to disable this feature for the tribe_events custom post type.

We don’t have any support other than via the forums.
Please make sure you have both Event Tickets (core/free plugin) and Event Tickets Plus active in your list of plugins.
If that doesn’t solve the issue, please provide a link to an event that should have tickets and their Buy button on it but does not.

The core/free plugin’s single events view should display the Venue information but the Venue Name shouldn’t be a hyperlink.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide (basically switch to Twenty Sixteen theme and deactivate all plugins and custom code other than Modern Tribe plugins) and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
For example, maybe the theme you’re using has integration for PRO without accommodating for people only running the free version (although I’d be surprised if this was the case).

The only feedback we’ve heard from users in this regard (that I’m aware of) is that they wish the check-in happened more quickly (since it has to load a wp-admin page).
If it’s 4 different people scanning, it’d be on your website hosting to make sure your wp-admin page loads quickly, especially if 4 people will be hitting it at the exact same time over and over for that stretch of time checking people in.
To answer your question directly, though, since each QR code has a unique ID, your check-ins shouldn’t be an issue as long as your 4 people have a reliable internet connection and your website can handle the peak load.

This error comes from Avada, not from one of our plugins.
We always recommend using the latest versions of our plugins, but Avada essentially includes a copy of our core The Events Calendar plugin in their theme, and therefore there is naturally a bit of a delay in their theme updating their copy whenever we release an update. This could be the reason for any issues you are experiencing with Avada, and they may have an update to release soon. You will need to check with their support regarding any issues specific to their theming of our plugin(s).
